Pet Admission Conditions
Pets are allowed only in the apartments and always upon request.
Limited number of apartments available for pets.
One pet per apartment is allowed.
The price of the apartment will be increased by €10 per day.
Pets are allowed with no weight limit.
Access through common areas of the complex such as the lobby, swimming pool, lounges, Restaurant, cafeteria, etc., is not permitted.
Exclusive entrance via Magdalena Street, which has direct access to the apartments.
The acceptance of pets is conditional upon the animal not causing any damage to the building, maintaining hygiene throughout the establishment's premises, and not disturbing the enjoyment of other guests.
Any damage caused by the pet in the apartment will be charged.
Upon arrival, a cash deposit of €100 will be requested, refundable, to cover any potential damages caused by the pet.
